Customer onboarding & education

Help customers get more
from your product.

We turn product expertise into clear onboarding, practical training and customer academies. Give customers the guidance they need for the task in front of them.

For B2B product teams, Customer Success and customer education leaders.

Where we can help

From the first useful task to continued learning.

01

Shorten time-to-value

Customer onboarding

Make setup, first-use guidance and the first useful task clear for a defined customer role.

02

Drive deeper use

Product adoption academy

Organise product training around the workflows each role needs to perform.

03

Protect the investment

Continuous enablement

Keep learning aligned with releases so the academy stays useful after launch.

04

Check understanding

Skills checks and certification

Check task performance and offer certification when it serves a clear customer need.

A focused first engagement

Start with one workflow customers struggle to adopt.

The Customer Adoption Pilot is deliberately narrow: one audience, one high-value workflow and one launch. Review the work and the available customer evidence before deciding whether to expand.

We agree the deliverables, review rounds, timeline and price after understanding the product and the source material. An internal owner and access to a subject-matter expert are part of the plan.

Review before production

You approve the learning path, scripts and visual direction before final production.

Resourcing and costs

Compare the scope before choosing how to staff it.

A programme needs ownership of learning design, production and delivery. Use your existing team, specialists or a production partner according to the workload. Four full-time hires are only one possible scenario.

Illustrative four-role US team $388,180 annual base salaries from four BLS occupation proxies

Plan the workload

How much time goes into live onboarding?

Estimate active staff hours spent on live training and onboarding calls. If two people attend a one-hour call, count two staff hours. Not all of this work can or should be replaced.

Annual repeat work 960 hours Allocated labour value $72,000 A planning estimate of staff time, not cash savings. Allow for preparation, follow-ups, maintenance and the live support that remains.

Research and measurement

Industry surveys provide context, not a forecast for your programme. Our customer education KPI guide explains the Forrester findings, their limitations and how to measure your own results. Use the training plan to define the workload.

Questions before your pilot

Plan the first project.

We already have docs and demo recordings. Is that enough to start?+

Yes. Existing material is often the best raw input. We identify what customers actually need, close the gaps and turn those sources into a guided path to value.

Do we need an LMS before working with Corso?+

No. We can deliver to the LMS you already use, provide portable packages, or pair the programme with Ludus LMS when you need a branded learning home.

What if our product changes every week?+

We design modular content and a clear source-of-truth workflow so individual lessons can be updated without rebuilding the entire programme.

How do we know whether the programme is working?+

Before production, we align the pilot with a relevant outcome and quality check. Completion and viewing tell us what people did with the materials; task performance tells us more about what they can do. Business effects need an appropriate comparison and observation period.

Can you work with our existing team?+

Yes. Keep your internal owners and product expertise. We can provide the learning design, production or delivery capacity needed for an agreed scope.

Discuss a customer pilot

Which task do your customers need help with?

Tell us about the audience, product and obstacle. We will discuss whether a Customer Adoption Pilot is a useful next step.
